01Core solutions

Business at the core.
Specialists where it matters.

We build the products businesses need most, with dedicated expertise in WordPress, SEO automation, data tools and browser extensions.

BV/OPSAutomation opportunities

Find the work
that should not be manual.

We look for repeated actions, unnecessary copying and delayed approvals—then design a controlled workflow around them.

01

Accounting

Invoices, acts, reconciliations, primary documents and management reports.

02

Sales

Lead capture, CRM updates, quotations and follow-ups.

03

HR

Employee onboarding, documents, requests and recurring reports.

04

Operations

Approvals, spreadsheets, procurement and notifications.

05

Support

Request triage, bots, knowledge base and response control.

Example workflowIllustrative architecture, not a client case
Before

Manual document handling

Documents arrive by email. An employee copies the data, checks it, prepares the record and sends it for approval.

After

Controlled automation

The system recognizes the document, extracts and validates the data, sends it for responsible approval and records every action.

First practical step

Show us one repetitive process.

We will map what can be automated, where human control must remain and what smallest useful release to start with.

02How we work

Clear process.
Visible progress.

Your project team

One point of contact. Specialists for the task.

The project lead coordinates scope, communication and delivery. Specialists join for the skills your project needs. We agree the stages, deliverables and responsibilities before work starts.

01

Define

We turn the idea into a focused scope, priorities and measurable outcome.

↘
02

Design

We map the user journey and create an interface with a distinct visual system.

↘
03

Engineer

We build in working stages, test real flows and keep decisions transparent.

↘
04

Launch

We deploy, measure, support and improve the product after release.

Delivery standard

What you can expect

01

Scope before code

The goal, boundaries and first release are made explicit before engineering begins.

02

Working milestones

Progress is shown through usable product stages, not abstract status reports.

03

Source & handover

Deliverables, access, source code and documentation are agreed before work begins.

04

Support after launch

The support period and further development format are defined for each project.

05

Confidentiality & NDA

Sensitive information, communication rules and an NDA can be agreed before materials are shared.

06

Access & resilience

Least-privilege access, backup and monitoring requirements are defined for the system being built.

03Security and control

Access controlled.
Data protected.

Our experience with social-engineering patterns helps us design safer user journeys, identify manipulation risks and strengthen the human layer of a digital product.

Security measures and delivery scope are agreed for your project before development.

Discuss security requirements
01

Access and roles

Define who can view data, make changes and administer the system.

02

Data protection

Agree what data is collected, where it is stored and who can access sensitive information.

03

Recovery

Plan backups, retention periods and recovery checks.

04

Action controls

Define audit events and operations that require a team member’s approval.

04Working together

Clear terms.
Agreed in advance.

Before development, we agree on the scope, the first milestone, cost and how we will work together. Details are recorded for your project.

01

Scope and deliverables

We define what each milestone includes, the materials and access needed, and the criteria for reviewing the result.

02

Changes during delivery

Additional requests are discussed separately. We agree on their impact on time and cost before adding them to the work.

03

Review and handover

We agree in advance on acceptance, source-code rights, repository access and the materials included in the handover.

04

After launch

We discuss support, fixes and further development separately. Their scope, duration and format are recorded in the project terms.

Payment schedule

An agreed payment schedule

The payment schedule and any advance-payment terms are agreed individually, based on scope and milestones.

Cryptocurrency

By agreement

Before you pay, we confirm the asset, network, amount, rate and recipient address in our project conversation.

Bank card payments are temporarily unavailable.

Confirm the payment details with us before any transfer. Registering with Whitebird does not pay for a BLACK VECTOR project.

Frequently asked questions

Can we start with a small task?+

Yes. We can start with a page, an improvement, an integration or a single automation workflow. First, we define a useful standalone result and a manageable first milestone.

How is progress shown?+

Through working stages and concrete decisions. The exact cadence is agreed for each project before delivery begins.

Can you work with an existing product?+

Yes. We first review the code, infrastructure and integrations, then propose a scope of improvements. That review determines what can be retained and what needs to change.

How do you approach security?+

We minimize permissions, review sensitive user journeys and perform only explicitly authorized assessments.

Who receives the source code?+

Ownership, repository access and handover materials are fixed in the project terms before engineering begins.

How is the price determined?+

After a short review of scope, integrations, risks and the first useful release. The estimate is agreed before development starts.

What do you need to get started?+

Describe the task, the users and the result you want. If a product already exists, share its URL and explain what is getting in the way. We agree on materials and required access after the initial discussion.

What happens if requirements change?+

We review the new request and its effect on the current milestone. Changes to scope, time and cost are agreed before additional work begins.

Who pays for hosting and external APIs?+

Hosting, domains, paid services and APIs are discussed separately from development. Before connecting them, we agree on account ownership, payment arrangements and required limits.

What does post-launch support include?+

Support depends on the project. Before launch, we agree on which fixes, updates and consultations are included, for how long and on what terms.
